I am not certain it's a firewall issue but the error you're seeing:
org.jboss.ws.WSException: Invalid HTTP server response [502] - Proxy Error ( The host ser
| ver is unreachable. )
seems to indicate as much. There seems to be some kind of error at the network level which
makes it quite difficult to diagnose remotely.
