I have fixed the issue in trunk and will cut a 3.0.2.SP1 soon (maybe even today) so you
won't need your interceptor.
Regarding the safety of nodes in > 1 transaction, yes it is safe since the node
implementation you get is actually a delegate and there is proper context checking in
place.
