Use Code, not Quote, when posting xml contents.
The type-mapping looks correct. I have this working on 4.0.4, 4.0.5, 4.2.x and
5.0.0.betax, not sure why it is not working on 4.0.0.
By the way, you should be able to write EJB 2.0 apps on 4.0.5 and even 4.2.2.
