I have encoding set to ISO-8859-2 in index.html
| <html
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
| <head>
| <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;
charset=ISO-8859-2">
| </head>
| </html>
|
but server ignores this setting and overwrites it with ISO-8859-1 as you can see in
following code
| telnet localhost 80
| Trying localhost...
| Connected to localhost.
| Escape character is '^]'.
| GET / HTTP/1.0
|
| HTTP/1.1 200 OK
| Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
| X-Powered-By: Servlet 2.4; JBoss-4.2.3.GA (build: SVNTag=JBoss_4_2_3_GA
date=200807181417)/JBossWeb-2.0

| ETag: W/"163-1232957301000"
| Last-Modified: Mon, 26 Jan 2009 08:08:21 GMT
| Content-Type: text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1
| Content-Length: 200
| Date: Mon, 26 Jan 2009 08:08:47 GMT
| Connection: close
|
| <html
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
| <head>
| <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;
charset=ISO-8859-2">
| </head>
| </html>
| Connection closed by foreign host.

my question is how can I change the default Content-Type to ISO-8859-2 ?
