[jboss-user] How to define the same in JBOSS and Where exactly ??

OS Linux / Windows / Unix

This would automatically restart TOMCAT container with args as defined for CATALINA.bat

With JVM defined arguments
Set CATALINA_OPTS = -XX:OnOutOfMemoryError="</usr/sbin/startup.bat>"
Question : How to define the same in JBOSS and Where exactly ??
