Hi,
seems your "application.xml" is empty. If present, is has to contain at least
one "module" element (see PeterJ's sample above).
But as Jaikiran said: it is at the wrong place if contained in WEB/classes/META-INF! It
has to be part of the EAR file/directory (but JBoss 5 doesn't need it).
