JBC 1.4.0 uses jboss-serialization.jar, which isn't on the classpath in 4.0.2. So you need to add that to server/.../lib. Not sure if any other jar upgrades are required. There was another very recent post on the same topic; use search and maybe you can find it. If other jars from the JBC 1.4.0 dist are required, please comment on that thread (not this one) so other people know.
