Not sure about debug options for EAP on this - but if this is a
problem caused by external deployment have you tried enabling deployment *inside* EAP
instead ?
You can configure this under the Deployment tab of the server.
One of the
developers use this, and he does not have as many problems as the others.
So there may be something to this.
