The fix is easy...
You could replace jboss-remoting.jar by the one produced from Branch_2 from jboss-remoting
CVS.
If you want to I can send the jar to you by e-mail. Just send me a private e-mail and I
will answer you with a newer JAR. This way you will be able to test if the error is gone.
