I dont know what a esb package is or how an esb package is deployed. As far as deploying applications through JMX is concerned, there's a "MainDeployer" MBean available which has a deploy() method. Access http://localhost:8080/jmx-console and look for MainDeployer and click on it to see more details on the methods available. Once you know the method and the exact objectname of this MBean, you can then programatically invoke it by looking up this MBean.
