Fixed for both Quartz and QueuJ providers. Included long-running regression test which can
be executed manually using 'mvn clean install -Plongtests -Pweld-se-embedded-11'

@Every triggers should fire on the hour/minute/second

Key: SEAMCRON-20
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SEAMCRON-20
Project: Seam Cron
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Peter Royle
Assignee: Peter Royle
Fix For: 3.0.0.Alpha2
Currently when using @Every, the first trigger will be fired immediately upon application
startup, and will fire at every interval from then onwards. In other words, an hourly
trigger will not necessarily be triggered "on the hour".
