Is this fix in SEAM 2.2.x? Or any SEAM? What is the recommeded current way as of SEAM
2.2.x to accomplish the goal of saving the PDF output? Does the valueholder thing work? Or
must one do the MockFacesContext thing?

Currently there is no easy way to save PDF generated by Seam template to store in a file
on the server side. Perhaps Seam can provide access to prepared PDF stream, which can be
be used in a user bean to write to a path/file as needed.
