Terry commented on JBSEAM-2613:
-------------------------------
Ben in my case I can wait for a solution to be included in some upcoming Seam release.
Perhaps a new attribute p:document in Seam PDF xhtml, where use can specify absolute file
path/name of destination file used by Seam to write contents to. And some other flag which
user can use in page.xhtml to redirect to different view rather than displaying PDF to
user, if not needed.
Allow to save Seam generated PDF to a file on the server side

Key: JBSEAM-2613

Project: Seam
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: PDF
Affects Versions: 2.0.1.GA
Reporter: Terry
Assigned To: Norman Richards
Priority: Minor
Fix For: The future
Currently there is no easy way to save PDF generated by Seam template to store in a file
on the server side. Perhaps Seam can provide access to prepared PDF stream, which can be
be used in a user bean to write to a path/file as needed.
