s:convertNumber doesn't work for BigIntegers, but in the seam-gen templates we want
to be able to validate the number of whole and fractional digits (against the precision
and scale of the database column).
We should introduce JSF tags for this. Alternatively, we could add a new validator type
to Hibernate Validator. Perhaps the second option is better.
