as far as i know you still have to execute ant test to actually get a JPA compliant
directory structure for hibernate annotations (and thus hibernate tools) to be able to get
a proper configuration

People just have to select "Refresh" on the project after importing a seam-gen
project into JBoss Tools and it works fine. That's just a fact of life for now since
we are depending on a generated file.
