Naturally they will not read on but simply copy/paste the example and try it. Then they run into problems because they don't understand what "This requires configuration in persistence.xml" means. I recommend rewriting the whole example and NOT USING the EntityManager in it. Just instantiate a Seam component and call a method on it.
