I guess what happens is that in a non ICEfaces request,
ctx.getExternalContext().getRequestPathInfo(); returns a not null value, so we can
construct the path better.
1) I agree with Jack, the "else" shouldn't add the servletPath to the
returned URL as a viewId is only legal (IIRC) if it starts with a /
2) We need to try to determine the view mapping

I committed a fix for (1).
Ideas for determing (2) are welcome. I looked at the RI, it just stores the extension used
in the application for later use if it can't be found from the path.

This fix is incorrect and breaks seam. The servletPath is required for applications that

I tested with rev 9016 for MockViewHandler and it doesn't affect ICEfaces at all.
Pete made that change and then advised us to either "set the pathinfo correctly"
which we didn't want to do as the blocking path was correct for the ajax calls, so we
opted for setting the "org.jboss.sea.web.requestPathInfo" variable. Changing
back to rev 9016 does not affect us when using this variable. As long as it is
available, we will continue to use this.
