Norman Richards commented on JBSEAM-3673:
-----------------------------------------
Hmm.. Itext only supports formatting controls for single-element cells. A prior change
made everything multi-element cells, even if there was only one element. I've fixed
this for text (paragraph). Vertical alignment looks like it might be having an issue
though. I'll have to investigate more.
A workaround for current users is to set alignment on the paragraph element instead of the
cell. That's a bit rough if you were counting on using the default cell, but it does
seem to work.
horizontalAlignment="right" broken in PDF cells

Key: JBSEAM-3673
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-3673
Project: Seam
Issue Type: Bug
Components: PDF
Affects Versions: 2.1.0.SP1
Reporter: Dan Allen
Assignee: Norman Richards
Fix For: 2.1.1.CR1
All of a sudden the horizontal alignment on PDF cells stopped working in Seam 2.1. You
can see the discrepancy by deploying the iText example in Seam 2.0 and Seam 2.1 and
observing the servlet path /seam-itext/format.seam. You'll notice that the Order
Summary table is formatted differently in the two cases, with the right-hand alignment not
taking affect under Seam 2.1.
