The only affects the pg jdbc driver, and only the result set metadata for types that
don't have built-in driver handling, such as geometry/geography.
Type query override added for TEIID-5236 always returns array type =

The override query uses the make like '_%' to look for type names that begin with
_ - but it does not use an appropriate escape.
