Do we mean batch (multiple update commands that are potentially different) or bulk (a
single command that has batches of data)? There is a bulk rest api that could be
integrated quickly using something like the sample client in
http://www.salesforce.com/us/developer/docs/api_asynchpre/ and the
http://code.google.com/p/sfdc-wsc/ library.

Salesforce supports batched updates via the WS API. Since Teiid supports batched updates
as well, the SF connector should support them.
