Added the fileMapping property to the File resource adapter that can be used to provide
path mappings.
The path mappings are only for the initial file/directory retrieved from the connection
and do not get applied to files under a directory when using the *.ext path.
Also added a minor security feature allowParentPaths (default true) to prevent file paths
that contain .. from being used.

If a single file is desired from the file translator that requires embedding a file name
in the vdb. There should be a convenient way to abstract single file selection.
