regarding ServerConfigAdmin:
- is the disableProcess(String) and deleteProcess(String) needed, since that control is
now on the user to start the process they want
Also, I would like to vote on removing the materialization related methods (from the
interfaces) until we're ready to do a better job
regarding ServerRuntimeStateAdmin:
- removing the startProcess(String, boolean), because of not having a hostcontroller
anymore, can't start a process that wasn't started

With addition of new services to embedded profile, the Admin API methods needs to
modified to fit the needs. Also, since Server and Embedded platform are going to be
supported based on the current embedded runtime, the API methods need to consolidated from
previous version.
