This needs to expanded to include the vendor code in all the teiid exceptions, however
assigning the vendor code for teiid specific exceptions will be done over the time.

Currently when the JDBC connector fails to make the connection, we correctly unroll the
SQLException, but do not provide the SQLSTATE code on to the wrapping exception's
description, so that it is visible in the Teiid's logs.
