Not reproduced manually, but happened several times during hudson runs. (However, it's not likely that Hudson causes this, only there's higher chance of happening because of frequent runs.) The server logs shows that the request was sent, but is never replied and waits until the Hudson timeout occurs. See the attached server log snippet.
