[gsoc] URL for the Quick start templates

Hi All, I was reading this article ( https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Contributing+a+Quickstart) and it says it has README.md and pom.xml in the below location. Note that a template is now provided for the README.md and pom.xml files in the quickstart/template/ directory. I checked below URL and that directory seems to non existing.
