Hello Shilpi,
I am last year GSoC alumnus under JBoss. And let me tell you what the key
is
- Select projects which were in idea list of GSoC in last two years and
select out which one interest you.
- Join them on mailing list and Internet Relay Chat.
- Understand project a bit more.
- Start contributing.
JBoss prefer community over everything. Some non trivial contributions are
preferred/mandatory. Welcome aboard.
Regards
Anuj Garg

I wish to contribute to JBoss community.
Testing and tooling sounds quite interesting and I would be delighted to
contribute to this project.
I am really keen to get involved in an open source project.
I am proficient in c, c++,php, html, css, java with frameworks, javascript.
Please do reply if i can contribute to something in some open source
