This is such a non-argument. We could of course say the inverse:
If WildFly used the same defaults as ORM then (obviously) WildFly could
stop setting them. Not to mention Hibernate users would get a more
consistent experience across environments.
True. Stating both sides, gives a little more information to others
that are reading this discussion. Your point being that changing either
ORM or WildFly to use the others defaults, brings more consistency
across environments.
