I'm wondering whether it would make sense to release an alpha1 of JGroups 3.4 as well, which could be shipped by Infinispan 6.0.0.Alpha1. Do you still have time to integrate and test 3.4.0.Alpha1 ? Since 6.0.0.Alpha1 is Apache 2.0 license, I think it should ship with JGroups 3.4.0.Alpha1 which is also AL 2.0 licensed, and *not* 5.3 which is LGPL...
