You could add a checkstyle rule to verify there is no copyright on any file; that will help in short term during rebase but also in the longer term as I do have IDE templates setup for other projects.. I'm often afraid to mix them up ;-)

I thought we were going to do this after the reorganization of the code. I have been moving classes around and a rebase is really not enough to handle this situation.
