The trick is the one bit of value the boot.log added was letting through
all the DEBUG info in category org.jboss.as.config while not having the
console show it and not having the main server.log log DEBUG.
That should still be
case as the console is set to INFO by default and
the server.log has no level set which defaults to ALL.
