[jboss-as7-dev] RootLoggerTestCase

This test changes the logging level to TRACE and does not reset it, meaning the rest of the testsuite runs with TRACE logging enabled which is slow and takes loads of disk space. Rather than testing it this way, I think this should be refactored as an AbstractSubystemTest implementation and be moved to the logging subsystem.
