I have tested with SIGHALT, but when I whittled down my previous test cases down to this one file, I messed up the cuts & pastes. 3. should the mping.xml that ships with jgroups be amended to include FC? I heard a rumor that during periods of instability, cluster members should throttle themselves down until a stable view is achieved.
