This is a nice to have - but not really at all critical - we can wait for 1.2.1 for it.

ServerManagement currently allows multiple remote ServiceContainers to be started and
stopped, but it does not allow multiple ServiceContainers to be started and stopped in the
same VM.
This means tests like the bridge tests can only be run in remote mode.
