There are two types of failures in the PreFillPoolingUnitTestCase. The first has to do
with the new JAXB based deployment in AS5. JAXB appears to have an issue with the
following type of XML booleans
<prefill>True</prefill>
JAXB incorrectly marshalls this to false while values such as
<prefill>tRue</prefill>
work.
The other issue appears to be in timing and relation to the PoolFiller thread.
