Find manager in JNDI instead of JMX; get the cache from the manager. Investigate a way to pass the manager directly instead of using JNDI. Perhaps as an attachment to JBossWebMetaData? ClusteringDefaultsDeployer will have two default config names -- one for replication-granularity FIELD and one for not.
