Summary: Allow specification of the exception for after-throwing and finally

We need to provide an optional attribute to the throwing/finally tags (and to the
corrersponding annotation, if it has already been implemented JBAOP-386), so the user can
specify an exception type.
This task includes updating:
- advice validation algorithm

- documentation (tutorial, reference manual, etc)
