[JBoss Seam] - Env entry & @Resource

Hi, is it possible to use the @Resource annotation to inject deploy time configured properties into a field variable of a SLSB? Trying to inject the value into a SLSB does not work. The field of the SLSB remains NULL. So, the client thread does not wait for the execution. That worked, thanks. However, this produces another small problem. I have some Tomcat projects that don't show up in the Add and Remove Projects window so I deploy their wars by right clicking on them, Debug As, Debug on Server. This automatically starts up the server and it also puts a -b localhost in the Start Args which makes the server act like the --host localhost was still there. Everything works well after I remove the -b localhost and it doesn't reappear for subsequent stop and starts of the server but I thought that it was something that you might like to be aware of. [JBossCache] - EJB3 entity cache layout

hello, im working on a ejb3 application and i noticed that all the entities are stored in the cache root node (as far as i can see). im wondering how optimal this is...? in our application we will try to have as much in cache as possible (100k-1m), but if all entities are added to the root i fear that performance will suffer (even more than if the objects where stored down the cachetree in a more local way), is this an correct assumption?
