[JBoss Portal] - wsrp and wsdl problem! Thanks

Hi, pals, I just figured out that firewall/proxy issue. Now there are no any error information at JBoss Portal start process anymore! Isn't life beautiful? But there is another problem. i will use JBoss protal as portlet producer and another portal framework is going to be portlet consumer. I can open link: http://hostIP:8888/portal-wsrp/MarkupService?wsdl by web browser. Because www21 is not a fully qualified name, so I think portlet consumer can't find service by this. How can i set soap address location to hostIP instead of this host name? [EJB 3.0] - Complete EJB3 Environment

Hello, I am trying to set up a development environment on my laptop on which to start learning EJB3. Between the different layers (JDK, JBoss, Eclipse, JBoss IDE) and their myriad of versions, I'm a little lost. If anyone has an up-to-date working EJB 3 development environment with JDK, JBoss, Eclipse and JBoss IDE, could you please share the versions of each that you are using? Hi, nevermind. I finally sovled this problem. It is for sure because of firewall issue. After update from ws1.0.0 to ws1.0.2, we need to add java_opt configureation in run.bat to set proxy ip and port. Thank you very much for your hint! So what we are trying to get to is a system where Seam can be enhanced/extended just by dropping jars in and out. Our scanning technology, together with the well-defined component "precedence" model and dependency management means you no longer have to edit some central XML file to reconfigure the system. Usecases include: * The current monolithic distribution of Seam is fine for now, but as we get bigger we will need to repackage stuff in bitesize pieces. * People want to create addon packages for Seam: imagine you want to write an OSWorkFlow integration package, which replaces the jBPM components with components for OSWorkFlow. Or imagine you wanted to replace Drools with JRules as the security rulebase. Or imagine you wanted to build in support for iBATIS or TopLink or whatever. * Overriding components with environment dependencies with mock objects for testing. Etc.
