Method org.jboss.txbridge.TxBridgeManager.getInboundBridge() should be synchronized,
there should at least synchronization of following code is necessary
Xid xid = txIdMappings.get(externalTxId);
if(xid == null) {
xid = createMappings(externalTxId);
}
