Here's my code for checking: https://github.com/paulrobinson/maven-central We also need to make sure that the artifacts don't depend on anything that isn't in Central. I think this can be done by building JBossTS clean with no refrence to Nexus in the .m2/settings.xml and with an empty local maven repo.
