Resolution: Done
The failure is in CrashRecovery02_2_Test31 which starts a client which waits for crash
recovery to complete. Doubling the wait period from 5 to 10 seconds fixes the issue (on my
laptop, without the fix, it fails after about 10 runs of the test whereas with the fix I
ran it 150 times without failure).
Fix intermittant qa suite failure:
