A modification to the regex in TxFinalStatusHandler is required to handle the logging
changes made to Narayana described in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBTM-1915. Also
HandlerService::end method will need updating to recognise TwoPhaseOutcome strings instead
of ActionStatus.
