----------------------------------------------------------------
We now build and test against both orbs. Details:
- there is a new module called idl with sub modules for packaging the IDL stubs (including
a test artifact for the test IDL stubs) for each ORB;
- the jts module runs two executions of the surefire plugin so that each ORB gets tested;
- we generate two versions of the uber jar differing in which IDL stubs get packaged;
- I have added a function called qa_tests to the narayana.sh script which makes two passes
through the jts component of the QA test suite against each orb.
It is also worth noting that we have been running with these changes for a month or so
without any issues.

Ensure that Narayana (trunk) can build a JTS that works with the JDK
