FIX - Going to remove the current call to DOMUtils.clearThreadLocals() and move this to
the MessageContextAssociation, once the last CommonMessageContext is popped the
DOMUtils.clearThreadLocals will be called.

The issue JBWS-1903 addressed this problem for requests coming into JBossWS, however the
same DOMUtils is used when JBossWS is acting as a client so large DocumentBuilders can be
left associated with the calling clients thread.
