Richard, I believe the failures you've been seeing about this are related to the bus
stuff we fixed recently (including JBWS-3144). Please check if you can still reproduce
this (the latest runs on hudson btw looked fine) and in that case file a new jira, this
was closed already because it's been included in a released version.

The CXF thread pool management for asynchronous dispatch of one-way messages clashes with
the way jbossws-cxf Invoker implementation retrieves the current spi Endpoint using
inheritable threadlocal. See Andrew's analysis on the forum and my sum up.
