Yes, and that does occur. The issue we have is with trying to test the generated WSDL in
the WS Tester, which only has the url in the soap:address to figure out where to try and
send HTTP requests. So the workaround at this point is to hand-edit the WSDL to change the
soap:address manually or copy the contents of the deployed WSDL with the corrected
address.
Default URL of web service in generated WSDL is wrong
