Section 9.4.1.1 and Table 9.3 of JAX-WS MRel2 spec show that MessageContext should store
request and response http headers, using Map<String,List<String>> properties;
as a matter of fact com.sun.xml.transport.Headers extends Map and simply using Map in
order not to depend on SunRI classes works the same.
SunRI client handler cannot set mime header
