This fix needs further investigation. See bug JBWS-1968 for already available
functionality.
I think our proprietary org.jboss.ws.annotation.Documentation annotation should generate
the jaxws:binding artifacts as you can see in the following documentation:
https://jax-ws.dev.java.net/jax-ws-20-fcs/docs/customizations.html
All customizations that are specified there we already support because we use Sun RI
internally.

Apparently there is no standard jax-ws way for doing this. However this could be
accomplished using some JBoss specific annotation. Adding this annotation would generate
the associated wsdl:documentation element into the generated WSDL document.
