Fixed in JAXWSMetaDataBuilder in methods:
* createRequestWrapper()
* createResponseWrapper()
by adding unique created from method signature to the generated class package name

Discovered but ugly workaround for this issue is to declare both:
* @javax.xml.ws.RequestWrapper(className="package.UniqueClassName")
* @javax.xml.ws.ResponseWrapper(className="package.UniqueClassName")
annotations for each method within different classes but in the same
package that have the same name and are exposed as webservice method.

To me the workaround richard was suggesting is the way to go and the changes need to be
rolled back.

I have rollbacked all my changes and repared JBWS1799TestCase test.
Test uses @RequestWrapper and @ResponseWrapper annotations now.
Now everything should be JAX-WS compliant.
Two ejb3s exposed as 2 different web services in the same ear file.
Can't have same methods with different parameters..
