This could be related to org.jboss.wsf.stack.cxf.addons.transports.udp.UDPConduit which
looks for a valid network interface to send the broadcast message... that probably
explains why the test passes when both ipv4 and ipv6 networks are available

I did not inspect if both addresses has to be changed or only one suffice
